Responsibilities
• Control daily attendant and manpower plan
• In charge of Safety in the area, monitor and improve Safety in working environment
• Manage 3S in Genba in order to maintain effectiveness and Safety
• Update internal quality concerned document and enforce the usage of those rules in quality concerned document in order maintain the quality
• HRD for Production Section
• Improve efficiency
• Manage NG and recurrence preventive action effectively
• Follow up and recheck operators work result according to rules and requirement of quality and safety
• Control production result : output to be on plan and target
• Recheck/Inspect operation process done by operators
• Strongly manage and lead team to achieve KPI and company policy.
• Able to drive solution and resolution production issue on the floor.
• Increase productivity's by searching for new methods and aim to fasten the cycle time or less resources (KAIZEN, LEAN)
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years of working experience as Production Engineering from any manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of management experience of having subordinates, Leader, Supervisor, or higher level.
• Must have knowledge of production related such as metal, stamping, die casting, plastic injection etc.
• Must experience in managing current and new model preparation schedule in order to achieve mass production schedule such as Machine installation, Trial, Process preparation, etc.
• Excels, Power point and new IT tools
• Conversational daily - middle level of English (report and email)
• Able to attend face to face interview
• No job hopper
• Experience in Electrical Motor Manufacturing will be preferable
• Experience in Aluminum Part Manufacturing will be preferable

Working Hour: 8:00-17:30(Saturday Working: None)
