Responsibilities
• Conduct regular cost analyses to identify and explain variances between actual and standard costs.
• Analyze inventory levels and product costs to optimize pricing strategies and maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with production teams to review and improve manufacturing processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Prepare the Cost of Goods Sold and Inventory reports for the financial statements, providing management with accurate and timely information for decision-making.
• Monitor and evaluate production costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Perform cost analysis on new product designs, assessing their feasibility and potential profitability.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct regular inventory reconciliations and oversee physical inventory counts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and company policies.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Have working at least 2 years in cost accountant from any
• manufacturing industry.
• At least 1 year management experience having subordinate under control.
• Conversational Daily - Middle of English. (Able to make report and update internal information with Managements team)
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, practices, and standards.
• Proficiency in using cost accounting software and ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keep attention to detail.
• Able to use MS Office.
• Have CPA, CPD license is an advantage.
• Have working experience in Food and beverages industry is an advantage.
