Responsibilities
1. Daily Work Monitoring
• Receive customer orders and coordinate with the production planning team
• Check stock availability before confirming production
• Monitor and control inventory accuracy in the system
• Manage the team and allocate daily tasks in alignment with production and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with the Material Control, Planning, and Purchasing departments to manage goods receipt appropriately.
• Oversee the quality of materials in the warehouse and manage inbound and outbound goods efficiently.
• Manage storage areas and implement 5S principles to ensure proper organization and clear labeling of items.
2. Operations Management
• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts to ensure stock levels match system records.
• Supervise and guide warehouse staff to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with various departments to handle damaged or unused materials.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or any related field.
• At least 3 years experience about Inventory Control, Production Control, Logistic in any manufacturing industry or Logistic field.
• At least 1 year of experience in managing subordinates. (Staff level can applied if you have subordinate under control)
• Conversation middle - high level of English.*have to report and interview with JP MD in English.
• Able to use ERP system.
• Able to use MS Office.
• Able to attend face to face interview.
• Able to use NGF program is an advantage.
• Have knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949 is an advantage.
• Good command in English is an advantage. (TOEIC 600 up)
• Good command in Japanese is an advantage. (JLPT N3 up)
• Have working experience in Automotive industry is advantage.

Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate 1 Si Racha, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Saturday working: 2 times per month *Depends on business calendar)
