Responsibilities
• Implement, maintain, and improve quality systems based on Ford Q1 requirements
• Handle customer audits (AAT/Ford) and ensure timely closure of findings
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (8D, RCA)
• Manage customer complaints (line claims, warranty issues) and drive resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure product quality compliance
• Utilize and manage core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan)
• Monitor and report quality KPIs (defect rate, PPM, customer complaints)
• Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of Ford Q1 system
• Conversational middle-high level of English
• At least 3 years of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing industry will be preferable
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system will be preferable
• Supplier Quality Management (SQA) experience will be preferable

Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate 1 Si Racha District, Chon Buri
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Saturday working: 1-2 times/month)
