Responsibilities
• Strategic sales planning for sales team to achieve the target.
• Manage the sales team, support the team to achieve target.
• Training the sales team to help them achieve the target.
• Solve any issues in the team.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years working experience as Sales position in trading or manufacturing industry.
• At least 3 years' experience of managing sales team as leader- supervisor level.
• Conversation middle level of English (Make a report, contact with client)
• Have driving license (company car provided with fleet card)
• Working experience of lubricant, gas, and energy products will be preferable
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate 1 Sriracha, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday - Friday Saturday Working: None)
