Responsibilities

• Handle daily sea freight operations for both import and export shipments

• Coordinate with shipping lines, customs brokers, trucking companies, and warehouses to ensure smooth operations

• Prepare and process shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Invoice, and Packing List

• Arrange bookings with shipping lines and monitor space allocation

• Track shipment schedules (ETD/ETA) and provide timely updates to customers

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide operational support (non-sales)

• Handle and follow up on shipment issues, delays, and claims

• Ensure accuracy of data entry and maintain records in the system

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Age 25-35 years

• Any Gender

• Bachelor's Degree in any field

• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Operations in freight forwarding / logistics industry

• Hands-on experience in sea freight import/export operations

• Have own car and can drive by yourself

• Have good knowledge Sea Freight shipment which includes Ocean freight, Custom clearance, inland transportation, Export Packing, issuing Form CO, JTEPA will be preferable

• Conversational middle to high level of English will be preferable (can report to JP managers in English)

• Not a job hopper will be preferable

• Good PC skills in English MS Office will be preferable

• Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, motivated ,Service mind person , able to work under more pressure will be preferable
