Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage all Finance & Accounting Department operations
• Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team to improve productivity and performance
• Strengthen department management structure and improve daily workflow efficiency
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes with focus on timely and accurate reporting
• Identify causes of closing delays and coordinate with related departments to improve overall process flow
• Prepare financial reports, management reports, and analysis for management team
• Manage cost accounting and ensure accurate product costing and profitability analysis
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense control activities
• Ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements
• Manage accounting operations for multiple BOI-promoted projects
• Control BOI tax privileges, including corporate income tax exemption management
• Coordinate BOI documentation, reporting, and compliance matters
• Build strong working relationships with managers of other departments and promote smooth interdepartmental cooperation
• Support internal / external audits and liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and related parties
• Improve internal controls, accounting systems, and operational processes
• Support management in financial decision-making and future business planning
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 40-50 years
• Any Gender
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 1 year of management experience in the Finance & Accounting department within the manufacturing industry
• Deep knowledge of management accounting, including cost accounting
• Hands-on experience in a company with BOI-promoted projects, especially in managing corporate tax privileges / tax incentive benefits
• Hold CPD
• Experience handling finance & accounting operations in a company with multiple BOI-promoted projects will be preferable
• Conversational middle - high level of English will be preferable (can communicate with JP GM)
• Can commute by yourself will be preferable

Workplace Area: Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard Pluak Daeng, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Saturday Working :1–2 Saturdays per month)
