Responsibilities

• Visit and communicate with customers and vendors to understand project requirements

• Analyze to understand technical drawings (layout, P&ID, process diagrams)

• Prepare quotations based on technical specifications and customer needs

• Propose alternative solutions when requested specifications are not available

• Follow up quotations, obtain purchase orders, and coordinate delivery schedules

• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers (local and overseas)

• Support Japanese manager in project planning, specification clarification, and execution

• Monitor project progress and ensure completion of assigned project scope

• Other tasks might be assigned

Qualifications

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree

• At least 5 years of experience in Sales Engineer / Plant Engineering / Equipment Engineering / Factory construction in any related industries

• Knowledge of utilities system (water, pressure, temperature, etc.)

• Conversational middle level of English (able to communicate in meetings and emails)

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings will be preferable(CAD, P&ID, process diagrams)

• Experience in both technical work and client-facing communication will be preferable

• Experience in working with Japanese companies will be preferable

• Experience proposing alternative engineering solutions will be preferable (not only fixed products)

• English : Conversational

Workplace Area: Aamatacity Rayong

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday – Friday *Saturday: 1-2 times/year)
