Responsibilities

• Oversee and finalize monthly and annual closing, including financial KPI analysis

• Record accounting transactions and verify the accuracy of accounting records

• Prepare budgets and manage variance analysis between budget and actual results

• Handle tax-related tasks (support tax filings, audits by external auditors, etc.)

• Manage fixed assets and calculate depreciation.

• Oversee payments, collections, and cash flow control.

• Drive and support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics within the department.

Qualifications

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance,

• At least 3 years have been subordinate under the control as Assistant Manager level.

• Experience in cash and bank control, including verification of document authenticity, bank system management, and cash flow control. (Must have)

• Experience of BOI, including understanding BOI privileges and conditions, BOI reporting and compliance, and coordination with auditors and relevant authorities. (Must have)

• CPD license.

• Conversation middle level in English to communicate with Japanese President.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

• Experience in costing and inventory control will be an advantage

• Business-level English and/or Japanese proficiency will be an advantage

• Experience working in a Japanese company will be an advantage
