Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze Financial statements
- To oversee and analyze the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement
- To Prepare monthly & YEAR-end Financial statements from the ERP system
- To re-check customer, supplier, fixed assets, and data entry before the month-year-end
- To maintain and Reconcile the general Ledger
- To ensure tax compliance and stay updated with relevant tax laws
- To analyze complex financial data and support informed decision-making
- To Identify and Implement improvements to Accounting systems and processes
- To check and improve general systems and costing methods.
- To drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.

Qualifications

< Necessary Skill / Experience >


- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Accounting
- At least 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Closing, and handling 5,000-10,000+ transactions per month from any Manufacturing Industry
- At least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or higher-level with subordinates
- Conversational high in English (Communicate with the Chinese report line, email, and other documents)
- Have a CPD License
- Have personal car with a driver's license
- proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- proficiency in Accounting Software and ERP or MRP systems
- Experience in setting up the company and Managing overall Accounting
- Experience in Budgeting, Financial planning & analysis, also in monthly and yearly closing

< Preferable Skill / Experience >

- Experience in a Chinese company
- Conversational high level in Chinese
- Experience in SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Kingkaew, Bang Phli
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Saturday)
