Responsibilities
- Source new suppliers and coordinate with factories and Purchase orders smoothly
- coordinate with individuals and various departments both inside and outside the organization (China)
- Source new suppliers and coordinate with factories for product manufacturing, Procurement of raw materials, and Purchase order issuance
- Summarize product Purchase orders, coordinate production, and ensure timely delivery
- Collect, record, and store data using Word and Excel to generate reports for each department
- Prepare documents and gather necessary information for coordination between company departments and overseas partners
- Handle documentation for international Procurement and coordinate with overseas partners (using Chinese)
- Prepare various reports for presentation to Management and relevant departments
- Other tasks assigned by the Director
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female, age 27 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in Merchandise, Procurement, Purchasing, or Buyer in any industry
- Conversational high level in Chinese with HSK4 up (listening, speaking, and writing to Communicate with Chinese suppliers)
- Ability to travel abroad for extended periods (around 1 week per month)
< Preferable Skill/ Experience >
- Experience in coordination with Chinese suppliers
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: Lamlukka, Pathum Thani
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Monday - Friday- Visit suppliers in China 1 time/month (around 1 week))
