Responsibilities

1. Communication Support in Operations　(Such as Manufacturing, Engineering, QA/QC, Production Control)

- Support daily work-related conversations (between Thai members and Japanese members)

- Translation of business documents

- Interpretation in meetings and preparation of minutes in Thai and Japanese

2. Communication Support for Japanese President

- Interpretation at company events (e.g., greetings and speeches to employees)

- Interpretation and minute-taking at monthly key meetings

3. Interpretation in Administrative related meetings

- Interpretation at Safety Committee and Welfare Committee meetings

- Interpretation/translation related to audits such as ISO

- Interpretation for BOI, visa, and work permit matters

- Interpretation in case of labor-related issues

4. Others

- Interpretation for clients and visitors from the parent company

- Other duties assigned

Qualifications

< Necessary Skill / Experience >

- Bachelor’s degree or higher (major in Japanese language, with at least 5 years of interpreter experience)

- JLPT N1 or equivalent (N2 may be considered depending on practical experience)

- Experience working in the manufacturing industry

< Preferred Experience >

- Interpretation experience in electronics parts or chemical industries

- Experience in preparing meeting minutes in Thai and Japanese - Experience interpreting for important clients or executives from the parent company

- Intermediate English level (TOEIC 500 or higher)

Language Skill

English level : Conversational

Japanese level : Conversational

Workplace Area: Wang Noi, Ayutthaya

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday to Friday, Saturday working around 10 times per year*depends on the company calendar)
