Responsibilities
You will play a key role in acquiring new clients and expanding the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both online and offline communication, enjoys presenting, and is passionate about delivering HR software solutions that help businesses grow.
- Proactively reach out to and acquire new customers.
- develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and set sales targets for both individuals and the team.
- Understand customer needs in order to propose suitable services.
- Present and sell services to clients through both online and on-site channels.
- provide consultation, respond to inquiries, and analyze customer requirements to deliver tailored service proposals.
- maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients to Build and strengthen relationships.
- Participate in industry events and business functions to promote services.
- coordinate with the Marketing Team to Implement campaigns and promotional activities.
- Identify and develop new business partnerships while maintaining long-term partner relationships.
- Monitor competitors' activities and use insights to adjust the company’s sales and marketing strategies.
- analyze market trends to Identify new business opportunities.
- Collect customer feedback and suggestions to improve services.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports and follow up on progress against goals.
*Client coverage area: Rayong and Chonburi. If there are no client visits scheduled, working from home is allowed.
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 22 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years experience in Sales of HR Solution Systems (e.g., HRM, attendance management, payroll, or employee engagement platforms) or Sales IT Solution
- new graduates with part-times or internship experiences are welcome
- basic level of English, use for only report
- Conversation High level in Japanese (use for communication with clients), JLPT N3+
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
- Strong communication and coordination skils; able to work well as part of a team.
- Able to visit client on-site if needed
- Willing and eager to learn new things beyond one's area of expertise (Self-Learning).
- Client assigned area: Rayong Chonburi
- Punctual, Responsible, and capable of handling unexpected problems effectively.
- Patient, calm, and Able to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic about Working independently.

Workplace Area: MRT Rama 9
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday-Friday - Client coverage area: Rayong and Chonburi. If there are no client visits scheduled, working from home is allowed.- Attend Bangkok office if required. (Not Frequency))
