Responsibilities
- Be able to support clients, ensuring customers effectively use company products through training, technical support, and troubleshooting.
- Train customers on the proper use of company software, machines, and tooling.
- Conduct tooling trials and product testing to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide post-Sales Support, including troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Install and configure company software and ensure smooth operation with the machinery.
- Assist in developing best practices and operational guidelines for company products.
- Support Sales and marketing efforts by demonstrating machine capabilities.
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 22 - 28 years old
- Bachelor's degree
*Candidate with the following conditions, A or B, can submit
- (A) At least 1 year of work experience in Mechanical engineering or electrical engineering in any industry
- (B) Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Industrial Education and Technology, Computer Science, or any related engineering field.
- Able to Understand basic engineering drawing skills.
- Communication middle level of English (internal, email, documents)
< Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experience with CNC machines, Sheet Metal Processing & Fabrication
- Able to utilize 2D, 3D CAD/CAM program is preferable
- Experience Working in a Japanese company

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: Bang Bo, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 8:30-17:15 (Monday to Friday (Saturday; If requested))
