Responsibilities

- Present products to new clients to increase Sales
- Maintain relationships with current clients to achieve the company’s objectives.
- Develop plans and strategies to Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
- Coordinate with clients at every step, from requesting RFQ (Request for Quotation), providing product Information, cost calculation, preparing quotations, and negotiating, to the product delivery process,ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements.
- Follow up on product presentations, quotations, and Sales to clients.
- Monitor and summarize the progress of all operations (e.g., new model, design Change) to meet the company’s goals and client specifications.
- Summarize monthly and annual Sales figures to ensure they align with the company’s objectives.
- Handle customer complaints regarding product quality, delivery, and other issues, and Coordinate with relevant departments.
- Collaborate with internal and external departments as necessary.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

< Necessary Skill / Experience >

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years as Sales in a manufacturing company
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed (Having passion to be Sales)
- Conversational Middle level in English (communicate with clients, report line, documents, and e-mail)
- Good Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Have a Driving License and Personal car (for Visit clients sometimes)
- Knowledge and understanding of new Models, Drawing, and APQP processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrates leadership skills with the Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the Ability to Coordinate and Collaborate with internal and external
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- knowledge of printing work and the automotive parts industry.
- Knowledge and understanding of quality systems such as ISO 9001, IATF16949, and ISO 14000.
- working Experience in Sales automotive-related and/or sticker-related industries.
- knowledge of the Japanese Language
