Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining 80% of existing customers and acquiring 20% new customers. Client visits are conducted using a company car, which requires self-driving.
• Typically visits sites 2-3 times a week with report line mainly in Eastern Seaboard area and manufacturing zones.
• Have to go to Bangkok quarterly for meetings or conferences held at the head office.
• Responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Direct contact with customers and providing after-sales services.
• Reactivate existing accounts from the customer database that have lapsed in engagement.
• Aiming to restore business relationships and generate repeat sales.
• Visit customers in the manufacturing zone
• Responsible for identifying and approaching new potential customers.
• Conduct visits to new customers, typically in coordination with the Japanese manager.
• Arrange customer visits as scheduled, with flexibility for early appointments when required.
• Processing sales administration, documentation and especially report.
• Cooperate smoothly with other department likes Laboratory, Quality Assurance, Engineering and Customer Service.
• Manage and allocation and utilize customer database.
• Support other assignments which are special project concerned with business development.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Necessary Skill / Experience


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience as Sales Staff in Trading & manufacturing industry.
• Fresh Graduates must have Internship experience in Sales.
• Conversational High Level in English.(Communicate with report line and contact with oversea client)
• Able to use Microsoft Office, such as Excel for basic sales reporting
• Able to make sales documents such as Invoice, Sales Order, Purchase Order, etc.
• Holding Driving License (Company's car provided for visiting customers)
• Have TOEIC score is an advantage. (600 up)
• Experience in a Japanese Company.
• Experience in Trading Company.

Workplace Area: Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate Pluak Daeng District, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri no SAT)
