Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production operations to meet targets and schedules.
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality control, and maintenance departments to resolve production issues.
- Optimize manpower utilization, materials, and machinery to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards in the workplace.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying areas for improvement.
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals.
- Manage inventory levels and support procurement planning.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in Production Engineer in a Manufacturing company ( prefer in Automotive industry)
- At least 3 years managing team members or subordinates.
- Conversational-middle in English (For e-mail and documents)
< Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Proficient in ERP and production control systems
- Proficient in basic computer programs
- Ability to Read technical drawings and Understand electronic product specifications
- Experience in team Management
- Experience in quality control activities (QC) and quality and environment management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001
- Skills in production planning, personnel Management, and cost control
- Experience of production line supervision at a Supervisor or manager level
- Can join immediately or with a short period of notice
- Conversational middle level of English language skills (for email/documentation)
- A sociable person who Can communicate effectively with external clients

Workplace Area: Rojana industrial park
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday (Every other Saturday, depending on the internal company calendar.))
