Responsibilities

• Present and sell Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to corporate clients, including industrial plants, energy projects, and Data Centers.
• Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with the engineering team to design appropriate technical solutions.
• Manage the entire sales pipeline from Lead generation to Proposal submission and Closing.
• Prepare professional Proposals, Quotations, and Terms of Reference (TOR).
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments, including Engineering, Project Management, and Procurement.
• Stay updated on energy industry trends, such as Renewable Energy, Solar + Storage, and emerging technologies.
• Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

Qualifications

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or other related
• At least 2 years of working experience as Sales Engineer in Automotive, Electronics Manufacturing (Electrical components or equipment).
• Have own car and driving license
• Solid understanding of basic electrical systems, including Load profiles, Peak Demand, and TOU (Time of Use) Tariff structures.
• Understanding of key concepts such as Energy Arbitrage, Peak Shaving, and Demand Charge Reduction.
• Ability to read and interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLD).
• Conversational middle - high level of English *interview in English *Meeting with clients *Reading technical proposals)
• Existing network within industrial sectors or industrial estates is an advantage.
• Prior experience in selling energy systems (Solar, EV Charging, or BESS) is highly preferred.
