Production Assistant Manager to Manager (Metal parts) (45K – 65K) (SDG-130282) - บริษัท จัดหางาน อาร์จีเอฟ เอชอาร์ เอเจนท์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด

• Manage and control all process as production area such as production plan, Manpower plan, maintenance machine, solve problem, training your subordinate, etc

• Communicate with Big clients and make relationship

• Strategy business plan as whole company future with Japanese manager

• Handle for Metal press process, use by Lathe processing, Cutting machine, CNC milling etc

• Training and support your subordinate especially production area

• Other tasks assigned by management

• Bachelor’s Degree

• At least 5 years experience as Production management in Metal press company (Related Automobiles products)

• Have handled and managed experience with Lathe machining, machining center operation, NC turning, grinding, slicing, etc

• Conversational low level of English

• Holding a driving license will be preferable

• Not a job hopper (at least 3 years experience in same company)

• Have management experience around 50 - 100 employees company will be preferable

• Work in Japanese company will be preferable

Workplace Area: Rayong

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Saturday Working: 2 times per month on average)

Salary: 45,000–65,000THB
