- Customizing and configuring Minebea Intec Inspection machine and weighing instrument (industrial scales, Checkweigher, Metal detector, X-ray system ) to meet customer-specific application requirements

- Solving customers’ technical problems in an efficient way, pre- and post-sales.

- Managing and performing onsite machine/equipment installations and services.

- Performing the product training for sales and services, both internal and external.

- Supporting the marketing activities, including datasheets, brochures, and other marketing materials, to enable the sales and partners.

- Stay up to date with weighing technologies, industry standards, and regulations (e.g., Thai Central Bureau of Weigh and Measurement, OIML).

- Visit customers 1–3 times per week (domestic travel, mainly Chonburi & Rayong areas)

- Other tasks as assigned

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 25 - 34 years old

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical Engineering, industrial engineering, or related major

- At least 3 years of experience in the pre-sales, process engineer (food, pharmaceutical, chemistry)

- Conversational High-Level, both written and verbal communication skills (internal and coordination with European technical teams, including Germany)

- Experience from the packaging industry /machinery equipment is preferred
