Responsibilities

- Handle overall HR and administrative functions to Support daily business operations
- Act as a communication bridge between Japanese Management and Thai employees
- Translate and Communicate company policies, regulations, and internal announcements
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation
- Support implementation and monitoring of company rules, attendance, leave, and WFH policies
- Handle employee relations and Support grievance / whistleblowing matters
- Manage HR administrative tasks related
- Coordinate Training, internal activities, and HR-related projects as assigned
- Coordinate with HQ and internal departments on HR-related matters
- Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

< Necessary Skill / Experience >

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 28 - 37 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of overall HR experience (full-spectrum HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, employee relations, training, and HR administration) with knowledge of Thai Labour Law
- Conversational high in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) to Communicate effectively with HQ and internal Japanese MD
- Conversational Middle in English for emails and documents.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational

Workplace Area: MRT Thailand Cultural Centre
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday-Friday)
