• Communicate and provide clear instructions to external logistics providers regarding factory entry procedures, loading/unloading activities, and shipment schedules.

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of products.

• Ensure all logistics activities comply with safety regulations, especially for handling chemical products and hazardous materials.

• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including delivery notes and transport permits.

• Monitor shipment status and resolve any delays or operational issues with logistics partners.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse and production teams.

• Support smooth workflow between production, warehouse, and distribution functions in a startup environment.

• Age 24-35 years

• Any Gender

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Chemistry, or related field

• At least 2 years experience in logistics coordination field in manufacturing company.

• Understanding of chemical handling, transport safety, and regulatory requirements

• Strong communication and coordination skills, especially with external partners

• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment

• Conversational middle level in English. (E-mail and Document)

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri No SAT)

Salary: 25,000–30,000THB
