Responsibilities
- Oversee team performance and ensure full alignment with project requirements and company policies.
- Manage and oversee branch design and decoration projects to align with business plans; ensure projects are completed within the designated timeline.
- Develop and control branch design standards and layouts to ensure they comply with service requirements and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets, verify Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and control costs related to branch decoration projects.
- Select, supervise, and evaluate the performance of designers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal departments, manage the team, and report operational results to executives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in team/contractor management and project budget control, specifically in branch design/decoration or construction management.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines; possesses excellent prioritization and flexibility skills.
- Capable of preparing systematic reports and presenting data to management.
- Ability to travel to on-site locations for inspections as required.
- Strong leadership and high sense of responsibility; highly organized, meticulous, honest, and committed to professional standards.
