1.Incentive Scheme Design & Analysis
• Support incentive scheme design and simulation to align with business objectives and channel behavior.
• Perform impact and sensitivity analysis to evaluate scheme effectiveness and cost efficiency.
• Prepare management presentation materials for scheme proposal and approval.
2.Implementation & Requirement
• Translate approved scheme logic into MIS requirements for Payout Calculation
• Coordinate and Design Incentive Monitoring Dashboard
• Coordinate with MIS/IT teams to develop, test, and deploy incentive calculation reports.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure scheme logic, data accuracy, and system readiness.
3.Monthly Operation & Payment Management
• Conduct monthly incentive calculation and data validation according to approved logic.
• Review and ensure accuracy of final payout amount before submission to HR and Finance for payment.
• Prepare monthly accrual report and confirm incentive provision amount with Finance.
• Handle incentive issue validation from sales teams — verify data, identify root causes, and recommend corrections.
• Maintain complete incentive documentation and ensure compliance with internal control and audit standards.
4.Reporting & Process Improvement
• Generate regular performance and incentive reports for management review.
• Analyze incentive cost versus sales performance to provide insights for improvement.
• Identify process gaps and propose workflow or automation enhancements to improve accuracy and turnaround time.
