Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Support and enable the achievement of smooth process operations, plant efficiency performance as OEE, production rate, energy consumption, material recovery and product quality in order to reduce production cost and ensure the 5S and safety condition in the responsible area
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support and enable the achievement of smooth process operations, plant efficiency performance as OEE, production rate, energy consumption, material recovery and product quality in order to reduce production cost and ensure the 5S and safety condition in the responsible area
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the production operation running smoothly in term of Production Performance, Quality, Safety and the MUST HAVE.
- Coordinate with the other function that related with production activities (Maintenance, Quality, Planning and Support function).
- Control the inventory of consumable material and spare part within the section.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality. Implement lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and operation of machinery. Ensure equipment is functioning optimally and troubleshoot any mechanical or technical issues that arise.
- Quality Control: Develop and enforce quality control standards. Monitor production to ensure compliance with quality specifications and regulatory requirements. Implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to process improvements, new equipment installations, or modifications to existing systems. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and make data-driven recommendations to management in term of production performance, maintenance, quality and other related report
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all production activities adhere to safety standards and environmental regulations. Promote a culture of safety within the production team.
- Training and Support: Train production staff on new processes, equipment, and safety procedures. Provide technical support and guidance to resolve production issues.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master Degree (Ceramic/ Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering/Science or relevant)
- 0-3 years of experience in ceramic, ceramic 's raw material, mining or cement industry
- TOEIC score > 650
- Able to work 6 days per week at Sobprab, Lampang
