Responsibilities

Product & Technical Support

Prepare and review product documentation for medical device registration, e-bidding, and tender processes.
Compare product specifications with competitors and support technical evaluations.
Provide product knowledge, clinical information, and technical consultation to healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, pharmacists).
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
Support product trials, installations, or clinical use when required.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Sales & Business Support

Collaborate with the sales team to support business development and product promotion activities.
Assist in developing sales tools, product materials, and presentations.
Support marketing activities, exhibitions, or product launches.
Identify customer needs and provide product recommendations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Medical Technology, Radiological Technology, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience in medical devices, healthcare industry, clinical support, or healthcare sales preferred.
Understanding of hospital environment, clinical workflow, or medical equipment is a plus.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-driven with strong problem-solving ability.
Customer-focused mindset and service orientation.
Ability to travel upcountry occasionally.
