R&D Engineer (Washing Machine 2 positions, Air Conditioner 2 positions)

1. Lead new model product development projects to achieve delivery, cost, and quality targets.
2. Manage new part approval processes and conduct product qualification tests.
3. Monitor and support product quality improvement activities in the field and related manufacturing processes, including design change coordination.
4. Participate in short-term and long-term initiatives for quality improvement and cost reduction.

R&D Engineer (Washing Machine 2 positions, Air Conditioner 2 positions)

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or other related field.
2. New graduate are welcome.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Good command of English language, spoken and written.
5. Good attitude, pleasant personality, strong management and problem solving skills.
6. Prove ability to take responsibility for task management.
7. Able to be working under pressure and high responsible
8. Able to use graphic program (Adobe Illustrator, 2D CAD)
9. Knowledge and understanding of air conditioning systems & heat transfer, fundamentals of electrical (Only Air Conditioner)
