AOI/SPI Engineer - บริษัท แคล-คอมพ์ อีเล็คโทรนิคส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน)

• Set up, program, and fine-tune AOI and SPI machines to meet inspection requirements
• Verify inspection parameters to ensure accurate defect detection and measurement
• Analyze inspection results, defect trends, and yield performance
• Work closely with SMT MFG, SMT EQ, Process, and QA teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Support daily production by troubleshooting AOI/SPI-related issues
• Monitor and improve inspection efficiency, false call reduction, and DPPM
• Prepare inspection reports and improvement summaries
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, process control, and safety requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields
• Experience in AOI / SPI inspection processes in electronics manufacturing
• Knowledge of SMT process flow and electronic assembly
• Experience with AOI / SPI machines is an advantage
• Able to analyze defects and communicate findings clearly
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment
• Good communication skills in English (Thai required)
• Willing to work on-site at Samut Sakhon

Experience level is flexible depending on hands-on AOI / SPI capability.
