QA Engineer (Training-focused)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and deliver quality-related training to operators, line leaders, and engineers
• Develop training materials, WI, SOP, and quality awareness programs
• Support onboarding and on-the-job training for new models/processes
• Coach production teams on quality standards, defect prevention, and problem-solving tools
• Monitor training effectiveness and follow up on skill gaps

• Maintain and improve Quality Management System (QMS)
• Control ISO-related documents, procedures, records, and revisions
• Support internal and external audits (ISO, customer audit)
• Ensure compliance with company and customer quality requirements
• Analyze NCR, CAPA, customer complaints, and drive corrective actions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for system improvement

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานคุณภาพ (QE หรือ QA) อย่างน้อย 2–3 ปี
• มีความรู้ในระบบคุณภาพ เช่น ISO 9001, ISO 14001
• มีความเข้าใจในเครื่องมือควบคุมคุณภาพ เช่น PFMEA, 7 QC Tools, SPC, CAPA
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Minitab หรือโปรแกรมวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลอื่น ๆ ได้
• มีทักษะในการประสานงานและแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับที่ใช้งานได้ (ทั้งพูดและเขียน)
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในการประสานงานกับลูกค้าต่างประเทศจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
