Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and debug FCT software programs using C++, C#, VB.NET, Python, or LabVIEW.
Interface with test instruments and equipment via GPIB, RS232, TCP/IP, or USB communication protocols.
Design and implement test sequences, automated decision logic, and test result logging systems.
Integrate FCT systems with MES, SQL databases, and yield monitoring dashboards.
Perform test correlation, system calibration, and software version control management.
Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective logic to improve test accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with manufacturing, test engineers, and automation teams to support production improvements.
Maintain documentation for software programs, test procedures, and system configurations.

Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
Experience with programming languages such as C++, C#, VB.NET, Python, or LabVIEW
Basic knowledge of hardware communication protocols (GPIB, RS232, TCP/IP, USB)
Understanding of SQL database and data logging concepts
Knowledge of electronics testing or manufacturing environment is an advantage
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Fresh graduates are welcome (0–3 years' experience)
