2. Control and develop the manufacturing cost accounting system to align with the automotive parts manufacturing business, and ensure the accuracy of physical inventory counts.

3. Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closings, and prepare in-depth financial analysis reports for top management.

4. Manage cash flow liquidity, plan for funding sources, and control the annual budgeting process.

5. Oversee the preparation and submission of all types of tax returns to the Revenue Department accurately and in accordance with legal requirements.

6. Manage and oversee operations related to Board of Investment (BOI) privileges and conditions regarding accounting and tax dimensions.

7. Coordinate and represent the company in liaising with financial institutions, external auditors, and relevant government agencies.

8. Develop and improve internal departmental workflows to comply with management system standards and corporate requirements (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001).

9. Evaluate financial risks and provide strategic recommendations to support business decision-making and manage factory cost reduction initiatives.

10. Set operational directions, evaluate performance (KPIs), and develop the potential of the accounting and finance team to achieve maximum efficiency.

2. Over 7-10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 3-5 years at a managerial level within the manufacturing industry.

3. In-depth expertise in manufacturing cost accounting and a strong understanding of the automotive parts manufacturing business.

4. High accuracy in accounting standards and tax laws, with direct experience in managing BOI-related accounting systems.

5. Proficient in using ERP systems, advanced Microsoft Excel, and able to operate or adapt to the organization's digital document approval systems.

6. Outstanding leadership with strong personnel management skills, high integrity, detail-oriented, and capable of making immediate decisions and solving problems well under pressure.
