About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Airfield Electrical Engineer to supervise and manage airfield electrical systems, including runway and airside installations. This role involves coordinating with suppliers and clients, supporting marketing activities, and leading a technical team under project deadlines.
• Supervise airfield electrical projects and manage team members and contractors
• Coordinate technical issues with suppliers and contractors
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company
• Support client communications and prepare marketing proposals
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety regulations
• Prepare project reports and technical documentation
• Plan and manage project budgets, monitoring costs and optimizing resource allocation
• Implement process improvements and quality control for installation and maintenance
• Train and develop team members on technical skills and best practices
• Stay updated on latest airfield electrical technologies and recommend implementation
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth project execution
