Responsibilities
- ตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบ (Incoming Quality Control - IQC) ตรวจเช็ควัตถุดิบก่อนเข้ากระบวนการผลิต
- ตรวจสอบระหว่างผลิต (In-Process Inspection - IPQC): ตรวจชิ้นงานตามสายการผลิต
- ตรวจสอบขั้นสุดท้าย (Final Inspection - FQC): ตรวจสอบชิ้นงานสำเร็จก่อนส่งมอบลูกค้า
- คัดแยกและวิเคราะห์งานเสีย (Non-Conforming Product): ตรวจจับชิ้นงานที่ไม่ได้มาตรฐาน (NG) ทำการแยกออก และวิเคราะห์สาเหตุเพื่อแก้ไข
- บันทึกผลการตรวจสอบ (Reporting): ทำรายงานคุณภาพ บันทึกผลการวัดลงในแบบฟอร์มที่กำหนด
Qualifications
- อ่านแบบวิศวกรรมได้ (Drawing Reading)
- มีความชำนาญในการใช้เครื่องมือวัดพื้นฐาน เช่น Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Indicator และเครื่องมือวัดขั้นสูง เช่น CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
- เข้าใจกระบวนการผลิต (Production Process): เข้าใจขั้นตอนการผลิตชิ้นส่วน เช่น งาน CNC Machining, งานกลึง, งานมิลลิ่ง, งานเชื่อม หรือการชุบแข็ง เพื่อตรวจสอบตำหนิได้ถูกต้อง
- ความรู้ด้าน QC Tools: เข้าใจหลักการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ เช่น การสุ่มตรวจ (Sampling Inspection), การตรวจสอบชิ้นงานต้นแบบ (First Article Inspection)
- ความละเอียดรอบคอบ: ช่างสังเกต ละเอียดอ่อนในการตรวจสอบสินค้า
- ความรู้เครื่องมือวัด: สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวัดเฉพาะทางตามลักษณะงานได้
- ความรู้มาตรฐาน: เข้าใจมาตรฐานสินค้า เช่น ISO 9001
- ทักษะการสื่อสาร: สามารถรายงานผลและประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิตได้
