Responsibilities
1 Accounts receivables Operations
- Prepare and review invoices, receipts and tax invoices for accuracy.
- Prepare billing documents in accordance with contracts, payment terms, and agreed timelines.
- Monitor aging reports and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.
- Verify customer information, pricing, and supporting documents.
2 Collection Processing
- Record customer payments and apply them to accounts receivable.
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances with aging reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts.
3 Tax preparation
- Prepare tax reports (PP.30) and e-filling
- Follow Withholding Tax Certificate from customer
4 Accounts receivables Reporting
- Analyze due and overdue accounts receivable
- Report accounts receivable stateus and cash collectons to manager.
5 Month-End Closing Support and Other Duties
- Support month-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Sex : Female
- Age : 25-29 years.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 3 Years of experience in an accounting receivables.
- Highly detailed, result oriented and organized in work.
- Positive mindset, good teamwork skills, and willingness to learn new things.
- Good computer literacy.
- Good human relation , coordination , hardworking and high responsibility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
