Responsibilities
ขอบเขต หน้าที่ และความรับผิดชอบ -Marketing Communication Manager
หน้าที่หลัก (Primary Responsibilities)
1. Marketing Communication
- วางแผนการสื่อสารเพื่อสร้างการรับรู้ของ Brand โดยกำหนด Key message ที่ชัดเจน
- จัดการโฆษณาและ PR (Advertising & Public Relation) ในการบริหารจัดการสื่อสื่อทั้ง Offline และ Online (Social Media) รวมถึง PR เพื่อสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีต่อองค์กร
- การจัดการเนื้อหา (Content & Creative Development): ดูแลผลิตสื่อโฆษณาต่างๆ ทั้งวิดีโอ กราฟิก และบทความ
- การส่งเสริมการขาย (Sales Promotion) และการกระตุ้นยอดขายผ่านการสื่อสาร :ออกแคมเปญโปรโมชั่น และประเมินผลแคมเปญ (ROI)
- ดูแลงาน Corporate Identity (CI), Artwork ภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
2. Digital Marketing
- จัดการหน้าเพจ, ปรับแต่งเนื้อหา, Video marketing, การสร้างผู้ติดตามและมีส่วนร่วม (Engagement)
- การสร้างเครื่องมือเพื่อรักษาฐานลูกค้า (CRM)
3. Business Development มีหน้าที่แสวงหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ๆ เพื่อขยายฐานลูกค้า เพิ่มยอดขาย และสร้างการเติบโตที่ยั่งยืน
- ติดตามแผนการดำเนินงาน และการสนับสนุนแก่ทีม Marketing/Sale ในลักษณะ Customer Insights
- วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมลูกค้า,Feasibility Study ศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการลงทุนเพื่อหาช่องว่างทางการตลาดใหม่ๆออกแบบข้อเสนอหรือ Proposal สำหรับเสนอลูกค้า ที่ดูเป็นมืออาชีพ
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Product เพื่อพัฒนาสินค้าหรือบริการที่ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการใหม่ของตลาด
- สร้างพันธมิตรเชิงกลยุทธ์ (Partnership & Alliances): หาพาร์ทเนอร์ใหม่ๆ มาจับมือเพื่อขยายช่องทางจำหน่ายหรือเสริมความแข็งแกร่งให้ธุรกิจ
- ติดตามเทรนด์ธุรกิจเพื่อปรับใช้กับโมเดลธุรกิจของบริษัทให้ทันสมัยอยู่เสมอ
4. Internal Communication -กิจกรรมในองค์กร
- Lead ในการจัดการปรับปรุงการสื่อสารกิจกรรมเข้าถึงพนักงาน
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate to related teams in-house and other parties to complete the project assigned
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
