Job Description

• Oversee daily accounting & finance and billing operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with standard (GAAP/IFRS).
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and accounting standards.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, bank and tax authorities.
• Lead and mentor the Accounting & Finance and Billing team to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Other duties assigned by superiors.

• Male/Female, 32-40 years old.
• Graduated bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• At least 10 years in accounting and finance field with management level.
• Working experiences at Customs brokerage / Freight forwarding business in Japanese Company would be advantage.
• CPD holder.
• Good command of English language (enable to communicate/meeting in English language).
• Skill-full Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI is preferable.
• Required skills; Service mind, analytical skills, negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure and problems solving ability both unforeseen/ad-hoc situations and long-term period.
