ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงิน - บริษัท ไฮ-เทค เอเจ โฮลดิ้ง จำกัด

1. การบริหารงานบัญชี (Accounting)

• บริหารและควบคุมการทำงานด้านบัญชีและการเงิน
• ควบคุมการปิดบัญชีรายเดือน รายไตรมาส และรายปี ให้ถูกต้องทันเวลา
• จัดทำงบการเงินตามมาตรฐานการรายงานทางการเงิน (TFRS) และนโยบายบริษัท
• วิเคราะห์งบการเงินและนำเสนอข้อมูลแก่ผู้บริหาร

2. การบริหารบัญชีโครงการ (Project Accounting Management)

• ควบคุมและกำกับการบันทึกบัญชีรายรับ-รายจ่ายของแต่ละโครงการให้ถูกต้อง
• วิเคราะห์และติดตามต้นทุนโครงการ (Project Costing) เปรียบเทียบระหว่างงบประมาณที่ตั้งไว้ (Budget) กับที่เกิดขึ้นจริง (Actual)
• จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงานทางการเงินและกำไรขาดทุนแยกตามโครงการ (Project P&L Statement) เสนอต่อผู้บริหาร
• ประสานงานกับทีมผู้จัดการโครงการ (Project Manager)

3. การบริหารการเงินและกระแสเงินสด (Project Financial & Cash Flow Management)

• วางแผนและจัดทำประมาณการกระแสเงินสด (Cash Flow Projection) สำหรับแต่ละโครงการ เพื่อป้องกันปัญหาขาดแคลนสภาพคล่อง
• ติดตามการแจ้งหนี้ (Billing) การวางบิล และการเรียกเก็บเงินจากลูกค้า (Collection) ให้เป็นไปตามงวดสัญญา
• ควบคุมการจ่ายเงินให้แก่ซัพพลายเออร์/ผู้รับเหมาช่วง (Subcontractors) ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
• บริหารจัดการหลักประกันสัญญา (Performance Bond, Letter of Credit, Bang Guarantee)
• ติดต่อประสานงานกับธนาคารเพื่อดำเนินการตามวงเงินสินเชื่อโครงการ (Project Credit Line, O/D, Promissory Note)

4. การควบคุมงบประมาณและการบริหารความเสี่ยง (Budget Control & Risk Management)

• ร่วมจัดทำงบประมาณโครงการ (Project Budgeting) ก่อนเริ่มโครงการ
• ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของผลต่างระหว่างงบที่ตั้งไว้กับเงินที่ใช้จริง และเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข
• ประเมินความเสี่ยงทางการเงินของโครงการ เช่น ความเสี่ยงด้านอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน (ถ้ามี) หรือความเสี่ยงจากการเก็บเงินช้า

5. การบริหารภาษี และตรวจสอบบัญชี (Taxation & Auditing)

• กำกับดูแลการจัดทำและนำส่งภาษีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการ เช่น ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT), ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (Withholding Tax), ภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล
• ประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีภายนอก (External Auditor) และหน่วยงานราชการ
• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารสัญญา เอกสารเบิกจ่าย และระบบควบคุมภายในของโครงการ
