Purchasing Engineer - บริษัท เอส.เอ.ปิโตรเทค จำกัด

• ตรวจสอบและจัดทำใบสั่งซื้อสำหรับวัตถุดิบหรือสินค้าจากต่างประเทศ
• ประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์ต่างประเทศเพื่อยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อและกำหนดการจัดส่ง
• ติดตามสถานะการขนส่งสินค้าระหว่างประเทศและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• จัดเก็บและจัดการฐานข้อมูลผู้ขายและประวัติการจัดซื้อให้เป็นระบบ
• สนับสนุนการทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายคลังสินค้าและฝ่ายผลิตในการบริหารจัดการสต็อก

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ 0-2 ปี ในงานจัดซื้อ หรือมีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการนำเข้า-ส่งออก
• มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการตรวจสอบเอกสารและข้อมูล
• ทักษะการประสานงานและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
• มีความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office
• ยินดีรับผู้จบใหม่ที่มีความสนใจในสายงานจัดซื้อต่างประเทศ
