Responsibilities
1. Analyze and improve operational processes by focusing on value creation initiatives such as ESG, volume uplift, and energy savings.
2. Lead production project by applying Lean and Six Sigma tools for process optimization to increase OEE yield, and reduce costs while ensuring compliance with ESH and food safety policies.
3. Collaborate with the LSS team and production engineers.
4. Provide technical support to identify root causes and implement corrective actions, and monitor OEE, EI, and costing metrics.
5. Another task assigned by a manager, adhering to the company's Code of Business Conduct (COBC).
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical, IE, or other related engineering.
2. Minimum 0 - 3 years of experience in process improvement, process engineering, or a related role.
3. Understanding of process improvement tools such as Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt is a plus).
4. Able to handle many tasks and small projects, to adhere to deadlines.
5. Good communication and teamwork across a team.
