• Prepare related forms and documents for quality control and food safety/quality management system standards.

• Planning and operating Internal Quality Audit according to quality control, food safety and other quality management systems standards.

• Lead and manage internal audits and external audits related to GHPs and other food safety /quality management system standards.

• Summarize and report audit findings, answer CARs, and follow up on corrective actions measure, for both internal and external audits.

• Conduct training and develop internal team on food safety, hygiene, and quality standards, and quality assurance practices.

• Collect and categorized dossiers related to products, ingredients, packaging and emerging issues.

• Collect and update information related to food safety and other quality management system standards and report to relevant departments.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology or related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA)

• Good knowledge of GHPs, HACCP, ISO22000, FSSC22000, BRC, Food Fraud and Food Defense Programmes, GDP, etc.

• Good command in computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Drive/Sheets)

• Good command in English, especially writing and reading

• Good communication and analytical skills.

• Flexible and able to work under pressure.

• Positive attitude and open-minded.
