1、 Customer management responsibilities:
(1) According to the group's strategic direction, expand the market and achieve the performance indicators for the team's new product acquisition.
(2) Responsible for leading the price and business negotiations of new vehicle models from RFQ to quantity throughout the customer's lifecycle (including new order acceptance prices, equipment changes, annual reductions, etc.).
(3) Promote the new product line of the Development Group on the client side.
(4) Order management during the development phase and quotation management for after-sales parts.
(5) Daily maintenance of customer relationships.
2、 Business support:
(1) Assist the team in collecting and organizing information, and coordinate internal system data within the group.
(2) Assist the team in following up on the progress of VAVE technology improvement cases.
(3) Lead the reception of customer visits.
