- Manage the hiring process ensuring that staffing requirements are satisfied in the most timely and cost-effective manner
- Assess current recruitment strategies and the organization’s staffing needs and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures as/when needed
- Handle and analyze recruitment reports using excel and internal system.
- Sources and develop a pipeline candidates against job requirements.
- Utilize networking and sourcing resources including: social media platforms and tools in driving candidate/employment brand awareness
- Manage and develop recruitment tools and systems
- Develop recruitment strategies, employer branding and hiring plans
- Participate in employer branding projects and events.
- Other recruitment or talent acquisition related tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science or other related fields
- Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in Recruitment or Talent acquisition
- Good command in Thai and English communication skills. (meetings and presentations)
- Chinese language ability is a plus.
- Advanced Excel functions, data analysis, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, databases, or basic IT knowledge.
- Working experience in a multicultural environment is preferred.
- Able to work under pressure and in the manufacturing environment.
