Responsibilities
1.Design and develop manufacturing processes in alignment with the company’s products and production requirements.
2.Continuously improve and optimize processes according to assigned projects and improvement plans.
3.Monitor, evaluate, and follow up on process improvement plans to ensure effective implementation and target achievement.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor of Engineering program in industrial engineering or related feild.
2.Good proficiency in Chinese language (speaking, reading, and writing).
3.Age between 21–25 years; new graduates are welcome.
4.Basic to intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD.
5.Good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
