Responsibilities
Job description
We will consider only candidates with at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
Able to write English and Thai well
• Draft, review, and prepare contracts and various company legal documents, including rules, regulations, and official announcements.
• Provide legal advice, recommendations, and analyze legal issues related to the company's business operations.
• Liaison and coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other relevant authorities.
• Negotiate, mediate, and resolve disputes with customers, partners, contracting parties, or external individuals.
• Manage company litigation and disputes across civil, criminal, and labor cases, including cases arising from operational accidents/damages, breach of sales contracts, and debt collection/outstanding payment tracking.
• Prepare supporting documents for legal proceedings and coordinate effectively with corporate lawyers/litigators.
• Take disciplinary actions against employees who violate company rules and regulations or cause damage to the company.
• Monitor, review, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to the company's business.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent)
• Holder of a valid Lawyer License (Lawyers Council of Thailand).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in corporate law or as an in-house legal officer.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of civil, criminal, labor, and commercial/corporate laws.
• Ability to drive with a valid driving license, and available for occasional business travel.
• Responsible, highly detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Minimum 2 years of litigation/courtroom experience is highly advantageous.
• Bar Academic Graduate (Thai Bar Association) is preferred.
