Responsibilities

• Create and process sales orders in the SAP system.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to proceed with purchasing processes.

• Follow up on sales documents and ensure all supporting documents are properly completed and filed.

• Communicate with customers in cases of product issues; verify technical resolutions and propose appropriate solutions.

• Prepare and issue service quotations to customers.

• Coordinate with the project coordinator to schedule technicians; inform customers of service schedules and follow up until completion.

• Maintain and update customer and supplier information to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Prepare related documentation as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.

• Proficiency in SAP operations is a plus.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
