Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and manage sales documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Input and update customer and sales data into the company’s system in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparing sales quotations and related documents when needed.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all documents are aligned with internal requirements and client needs.
- Support in maintaining sales records and reports for management review.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the sales and operations department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or related administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
