Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Execution & Visibility
• Maintain a disciplined schedule of market visits to priority outlets to ensure strong execution standards across assigned territories.
• Execute and maintain ‘Perfect Store’ and ‘Perfect Serve’ standards across key accounts.
• Ensure POSM, menus, back-bar visibility, bottle displays, and activation materials are implemented to brand standards.
• Monitor stock availability, menu placements, and visibility opportunities across priority accounts.
• Conduct regular visibility audits and report competitor activity, pricing, and share of gallery observations.
• Support implementation of brand playbooks, campaigns, and tactical promotions in-market.
Commercial Support & Account Development
• Work closely with Sales teams and the Brand Manager to secure menu listings, house pours, signature serves, and branded placements.
• Support negotiation and implementation of activation programs, promotional mechanics, and visibility agreements within target accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and support acquisition of new priority outlets.
• Drive account engagement and execution standards to support distribution and commercial objectives.
• Support volume-driving initiatives and activation programs aligned with portfolio priorities.
Education & Brand Advocacy
• Deliver engaging trainings, masterclasses, and educational sessions for bartenders, floor staff, distributor teams, and trade partners.
• Educate trade partners on brand history, liquid credentials, category knowledge, cocktail serves, and perfect serve rituals.
• Represent the portfolio at guest shifts, trade events, cocktail festivals, and industry activations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the bartender and hospitality community to strengthen brand advocacy.
• Support development of training materials, educational presentations, and advocacy content.
Reporting, Planning & Market Intelligence
• Maintain regular reporting on account visits, trainings, activation support, and KPI delivery.
• Provide weekly and monthly updates on market feedback, competitor activity, execution standards, and commercial opportunities.
• Track visibility standards, campaign placements, and account performance across priority outlets.
• Support development and maintenance of target account lists and activation calendars.
• Provide actionable market insights to support brand planning and commercial decision-making.
Qualifications
Experience & Qualifications
• 2–5 years of experience in spirits, hospitality, bartending, brand advocacy, or commercial execution roles.
• Strong understanding of the on-trade, HORECA, and premium spirits environment.
• Experience in brand activations, trade engagement, or beverage education is preferred.
• Existing network within the bartender or hospitality community is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related field is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
• Fluent in Thai and English.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and confident working independently in market.
• Passion for spirits, cocktails, hospitality, and brand building.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to balance advocacy and execution.
• Comfortable working flexible hours including evenings and weekends where required.
