Responsibilities
1. Approach new customers in logistics and related sectors (automotive & non-automotive)
2. Develop customer pipeline to identify new business opportunities, Target customer group through statistical analysis and Market data.
3. Maintain customer relationships with potential and existing customers.
4. Analyze and report results: analyze sales data to evaluate and improve strategies.
5. Corroborate with the other teams to ensure smooth onboarding process delivery and maintain the services.
6. Manage and develop the sales team: Coaching, Motivating and supervise team to work smoothly.
Qualifications
- Age: 30 years old (or above/equivalent).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply chain, International Business Management (IBM), BA or related field.
- Experience: More than 10 years of experience in a related field.
- Negotiation Skill, Sales Skill and Service mind.
- Knowledge of Import – Export Law, Supply chain, Warehouse Management, Customer Relations
- Data Analysis and planning skills.
- Communication and Leadership skills.
- Proficient in cost/profit calculation and technology usage.
- Experience in Logistics sales or Freight Forwarding is a plus.
