Responsibilities
ฐานเงินเดือน 16,000 - 18,000 บาท/เดือน
- รับสายลูกค้าที่โทรติดตามพัสดุ / รับเรื่องร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า ลงบันทึกข้อมูล และประสานงานไปยังอื่น ๆ เช่น ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ, บัญชี, ฝ่ายขาย
- รองรับและให้ข้อมูลการสอบถามของลูกค้า
- ส่งเรื่องการประสานงานต่าง ๆ ให้ทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องแก้ไข
- ดูแลข้อมูลลูกค้า เพื่อให้เกิดความมั่นใจในการใช้บริการของบริษัท
- ตอบปัญหาการใช้บริการของลูกค้าเบื้องต้น
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปการทำงานในแต่ละวัน
Qualifications
- อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
- วุฒิ ม.6., ปวช., ปวส-ปริญาตรี.
- ทำงาน 5 วัน/สัปดาห์ได้ หยุดไม่ตรงวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ (วันหยุดหมุนเวียน)
- มีประสบการณ์ตรงในสายงาน Call center ขั้นต่ำ 1 ปี ***
- มีจิตใจในการบริการและสามารถทำตาม QC ทีมได้
- สามารถทำตามยอด KPI ของบริษัท
- สามารถแรงกดดันได้
