Responsibilities
1. Accounts Management:
- Assist in the declaration of accounts receivable, payable, general ledger (GL), fixed assets, and tax activities to the Thailand and China team.
2. Audit Preparation Support:
- Prepare supporting documents and data for external auditors as required.
3. Compliance:
- Support the annual audit process as mandated by Thailand's government requirements.
4. Income and Payment Review:
- Review and verify income, payments, and employee reimbursements to ensure compliance with accounting standards and Revenue Department regulations.
5. General Ledger Analysis:
- Assist in the analysis of GL for monthly closing and reconciliation with the subledger.
6. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
Qualifications
- อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
- จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
- ประสบการณ์บัญชี GL 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
- ทักษะ Excel ระดับดี
